No you. lol. If at least you dont know where Quebec is, its prolly because, well, for the first reason, Quebec is bigger than you and you are blind. You should go in the middle of the Atlantic for beeing such a bad prof.
Indeed, it is called a joke. What it is not called is cogent foresight for anyone living here should know not to trifle the political reality in which we find ourselves. Also, joke are but thin veils with which to conceal ones bigoted rancor.
