Umm…considering I’m Ethiopian…I can’t say I find this funny.
As a student coming from Africa, who has witnessed first hand the effects of famine in that part of the continent,I find the caption of this joke in very distasteful.
While freedom of speech/expression is allowed it would be welcome to adopt some cultural sensistivity.
