What does this have to do with smoking pot? This a reference to all the asians that live in Hongcouver… I mean Vancouver.

To say that living in Vancouver is like “having experience in Asia” is like saying that Alaska’s proximity to Russia gives Sarah Palin “foreign policy credentials.” In other words, it’s stupid.
